1. What type of apparel do you sell?
We create unique, gaming-inspired apparel designed for players of all XP levels — from retro arcade fans to next-gen console warriors, PC purists, and everything in-between.
Every design is exclusive to Haptic Apparel and printed in the USA.
2. Where are your products made and shipped from?
All our apparel is printed and fulfilled by trusted print providers in the USA. This ensures faster shipping times and consistent quality.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
- Processing: 2–5 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. This helps us keep delivery times fast and shipping costs low.
5. What sizes do you offer?
Most t-shirts range from S to 3XL. Exact sizing information is available in the Size Guide on each product page.
6. What printing method do you use?
We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which produces vibrant colors and long-lasting designs that hold up wash after wash.
7. How do I care for my shirt?
To keep your design looking its best:
- Wash inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water
- Avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or air dry for best results
- Do not iron directly on the printed design
8. Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made to order, we typically accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
However, every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — if you’re not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible to help us process your request quickly.
9. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’ll make it right. Email us at support@hapticapparel.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible. We’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
10. Do you offer gift options?
While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, our products arrive in simple, secure packaging — perfect for gifting straight out of the box.
